• Admission & Verification: Each ticket admits one individual or authorized minor to the event premises. Tickets must be presented via digital QR code or printed confirmation at check-in.
• Strict Non-Refund Policy: All ticket sales, registrations, and donation contributions are final. Because this event operates at bare production cost and revenue is immediately allocated to venue booking, operations, and logistics, no refunds will be granted for attendee cancellations at any time.
• Duplicate Charges: If an accidental double transaction occurs, attendees must notify support@40acrecomeback.com within 48 hours of purchase with both confirmation numbers for review and resolution.
• Event Safety & Code of Conduct: Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or dismiss any individual exhibiting disruptive, unsafe, or non-compliant behavior on host property without refund or liability.
2. Privacy & Data Handling
• Role Clarification: The event organizer acts as the Data Controller. Ticket Tailor acts strictly as the Data Processor to facilitate ticket delivery and checkout operations.
• Information Collected: Attendee names, email addresses, phone numbers, and billing zip codes are collected solely to issue digital tickets, confirm entry, and communicate essential event updates.
• Payment Processing: Payment transactions are handled securely through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Neither the event organizers nor Ticket Tailor store complete debit/credit card numbers or sensitive financial authentication details.
• Third-Party Disclosures: Attendee personal data is never sold, leased, or distributed to outside marketing entities. Data is only accessed by technical service providers strictly required to process registrations.
